Regarding COVID-19 (caused by the Coronavirus), the leadership of the Lilburn Assembly of God wants to assure everyone that we are carefully monitoring the situation. We are adopting CDC best practices, including cleaning and social distancing.

In following the CDC guidelines, the council of the Assemblies of God and the governor of Georgia, we have decided to cancel all services and activities for an indefinite period. During these difficult times, we encourage you to keep on praying, doing family devotionals, and attending virtual meetings that the church offers.

 

PRAY

In your prayers, please pray for the following:

  • People affected with COVID-19

  • People in quarantine

  • High risk populations

  • Medical professionals

  • Those in charge of stopping the virus pandemic

  • Missionaries

  • Low-income countries

  • Wisdom in these times

FAMILY DEVOTIONAL

It is never too late to start a family devotional that includes:

  • Reading the Word

Although we cannot meet in the building, the church is not what is held within the four walls. Join us via Facebook on Sundays and Zoom through the week.

There are many questions regarding the coronavirus at this time. I have included some documents that contain advice on what to do if you have coronavirus symptoms and when to go to the emergency room with or without symptoms of COVID-19.

If you are not sure if you have symptoms of COVID-19, DO NOT go to your clinic, emergency room, or emergency clinic. PLEASE call your local clinic or emergency clinic FIRST. If you don't have a local clinic, you can call the Good Samaritan Health Center at 404-523-6571, and you'll get a call answering your questions. It has service in English and Spanish. Through our hotline, you can be directed to a free telemedicine consultation or to one of our clinic providers to determine how to proceed.
